Pasadena, MD – Mark your calendars, the Inaugural DEL-MAR-VA Tri-State Games will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at the Bachman Sports Complex in Glen Burnie, Maryland. This joint USSSA East and VA USSSA Fastpitch event will showcase the best and the brightest fastpitch softball players from the region.
The day will consist of family, friends, fun and (of course) softball. The festival-like atmosphere will feature entertainment for players, friends and families as we come together as a softball community in a celebration of the season.
Any player from Delaware, Maryland or Virginia is eligible to be nominated throughout the season at participating USSSA events. Coaches are asked to nominate players (their own and/or their opponents’) based on their demonstration of skill, attitude and sportsmanship as well as overall tournament performance. Teams will be comprised of players from all three states at each age level from 10 & Under through 18 & Under.
Tri-State Coaching Staff nominations, based on the same criteria, will be compiled through the season, reviewed by the tournament committee and announced later in the summer.
