Change the 10 & under pitching distance to 35 feet. (Rule 2-1)
Change the 18 & under “A” pitching distance to 43 feet. (Rule 2-1)
Clarified definition of Obstruction (Rules 4-24, 9-5-E)
Allow the use of 2 additional players on a State Level only (Rule 6-3).
Effective January, 2007

Allow the runner and the fielder to use either the white or orange portion of a double first base if there is no play and/or after the batter runner has reached first base. (Rule 9-18-T-3)
