Unfortunately, due to adverse field conditions,
the Kickoff Klassic scheduled at Bachman Sports Complex had to be cancelled
for the weekend of March 29-30, 2003. Even the best of the six diamonds
still have standing water on them and about 1" of mud. With
Sunday's forecast calling for rain, snow, wind and cold, it seemed prudent
to cancel the event in total. An email has been sent to the coaches
explaining our decision further.
We appreciate everyone's patience and
understanding in this matter. Hopefully this season will finally get
around to starting next weekend.
